Paper Submission

Guidelines

All papers are allocated a maximum of 5 pages, including references. Please make sure to use one of IEEE’s templates for conference papers: MS Word and LaTeX templates. For the LaTeX template, be sure to use the template’s conference mode.

Note that accepted papers will require at least one author to be registered at the full rate.

Paper Submission System

All papers must be submitted in PDF format through the EDAS system.

No show policy

ISTC reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by one of the authors at the conference.
